Doug has worked with Toney Tool since its foundation 27 years ago. He has worked in various departments in the tool and dye world: from working on the line and shop, to purchasing and sales, to investing in a pecentage of a the company and eventually working up the corporation ladder to running the company. Doug is a reliable and honest, and will work with any custom request and given and will deliver in a timely manner.

Walter Toney

Co-Owner and President of Toney Tool Manufacturing

As founder of TTM and with over 40 years experience in the Machine Tool industry, Toney has been privileged to continue working in many different capacities. These include: Tool Making, Machine Design, Inspection, Quoting, and Interrelating with customers. He will maintain the integrity that is expected by professionals and truly believes "Putting Quality First is Putting You First".

Deborah Toney

Vice President of Toney Tool Manufacturing

Debbie has brought over 28 years of Machine Tool related HR, PR, and General Management of the office requirements. Her attention to detail and quality as it relates to Purchase Orders and Invoicing assures a smooth transition of work in process as it flows through the shop. She knows the tooling language and understands the urgency customers have to attain machines and parts in a time efficient manner.

Jim Taylor

Plant Foreman

Jim has over 40 years of experience in the Tool and Dye industry.This ranges from die making, machine building, and machine manufacturing. He has 10 years of experience at an Automotive Assembly Plant as a toolmaker. Jim has worked with Toney Tool for 11 years and has been the Plant Foreman for 9 of those years. Jim can relate with many people because of his hobbies including fishing, hunting, and golf.

Dan Sharp

Sr. Design Engineer

I've been with the company since August 1999, and has 25 years experience designing special machinery, design of automated assembly and test equipment, automated shuttle machines, index dial machines, online/offline extrusion equipment, ultra-sonic welding, hot air/cold stake assembly, fixtures, and gages. I communicate concept ideas and applications of lean cell and proposals to customer for review and completion of projects. He is the liaison between departments, executives, customers, and outside vendors to ensure specific project specifications are met. Provides the support for CNC department support and oversee final machine assembly and run-off with the customer. Dan completes conduct technical writing of the Special machine maintenance manuals for clientele.

Joe Fife

Sales Engineer

Joe has over 20 years experience in tooling and manufacturing. He started his career as a mold designer, and worked as an Engineer and Operations Manager. Joe works directly with the Customers and Engineers to provide support, quoting, project management and customer service for all industries Toney Tool supports.
